Rental conditions

Casa Cavour is intended to rent for tourist use, therefore, the duration of the lease may not exceed 30 consecutive days.

The house is delivered clean and are asked to be returned in the same state. If the house was returned in unacceptable condition will be asked the amount of Euro 50.00 for cleaning.

To reserve is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total to be paid through bank transfer or cash. In case of cancellation the deposit will be retained in full.

Upon arrival you will be asked a security deposit of Euro 200.00 as a guarantee of the property and the payment in cash of full amount due for the nights. Deposit will be returned if the house is not damaged.

In case of early departure will keep 50% for each night.

Check-in is generally after 1 pm, check-out is no later than 11 o'clock of the departure day. 

For arrivals and departures in different times may be requested an extra compensation to be discussed.

Tourist rental rates

The following prices are subject to change based on the number of people, season and duration of stay.
