Ich habe drei Wochen in der Wohnung von Ottavio Asquer in der Via Cavour gewohnt. Die zentrale Lage war für mich ideal. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Busverbindungen (z.B. zum sehr schönen Strand Poetta) und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage und gegen Lärm isolierten Fenstern sowie allen notwendigen Utensilien, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Ottavio ist sehr hilfsbereit, wenn eine Frage/ein Problem auftaucht oder ein Wunsch geäußert wird. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful stay in Ottavio's apartment. Perfectly located, in the center of the city (yet quiet at night, we slept really well) and with close proximity to bus stations, the Marina and tasty restaurants. Ottavio was the nicest and thoughtful host, he welcomed us in person and gave us a tour of the neighbourhood and tips to get around and make the most of our trip. We definitely recommend it!

L’appartamento Casa Cavour è un ottimo punto di appoggio per una vacanza a Cagliari e più in generale nel sud della Sardegna. Si tratta di un ampio bilocale con ingresso, zona giorno, camera, bagno. Gli ambienti sono ampi, comodi, curati e puliti, dotati di aria condizionata e wi-fi. Le fotografie non mostrano la parte della zona giorno con il bel tavolo di legno vicino alla cucina (ben attrezzata) e il bagno, dotato di box doccia e finestra. Il letto è molto comodo. L’elevata illuminazione artificiale della zona giorno (che supplisce alla mancanza di una finestra) porta a dover avere qualche accortezza se si vogliono accendere microonde o piastra elettrica, ma niente di davvero limitante (basta spegnere momentaneamente una luce). Serve anche un minimo di attenzione nell’uso dell’acqua calda della doccia (può diventare tiepida alla fine della seconda doccia). La collocazione nel quartiere Marina è ideale per il contesto (zona turistica con ristoranti e negozi di souvenir), i servizi (vari market, gastronomie o lavanderie a gettone) e la vicinanza a mezzi pubblici (autobus per il Poetto, treno per aeroporto) o aree di parcheggio (5 minuti a piedi). Di fatto la posizione dell’appartamento rende possibile una vacanza senza noleggiare l’auto (limitandosi ovviamente al Poetto). Ottavio è amichevole e disponibile a fornire indicazioni/suggerimenti per eventuali problemi o semplici richieste nel corso della permanenza. Di sicuro ci torneremmo più che volentieri! Rientro da un bel soggiorno a Cagliari grazie anche a questo Fantastico appartamento: funzionale (fornito di ogni necessario) , condizione ottime ( tengo a precisare rispetto alla precedente recensione, che il letto è molto comodo in quanto il proprietario ha cambiato materasso ) e soprattutto zona veramente strategica servita di tutto e centralissima (con vicino collegamento stazione ferroviaria,pullman, bus). Per finire voglio ringraziare ed evidenziare la disponibilità e ospitalità del host , Ottavio, che si è reso disponibile e presente dal primo all ultimo giorno. Se dovessimo ritornare a Cagliari sicuramente torneremo a soggiornare in questo appartamento.

Appartamento in centro a Cagliari, tutto a disposizione nelle vicinanze. Per andare al mare ci sono molti autobus che portano sino alla spiaggia. Spiaggia libera con tutti i servizi. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

L'appartamento e' situato vicino alla stazione e alle fermate degli autobus di via Roma (ottimo per chi non vuole guidare l'auto). Quartiere vivace, animato da tanti negozi, ristoranti di ogni tipo e mini market, ma al tempo stesso l' appartamento non è' disturbato da rumori notturni ( la buona qualità ' del sonno e' garantita). Ottavio, il proprietario, si è' dimostrato disponibile per eventuali problemi, che comunque non abbiamo avuto.

This is a small apartment in a very convenient location, just in the middle of Marina. The best part of this listing was its owner, Ottavio, who was extremely nice, helpfull and reliable. He gave us excellent suggestions for nearby restaurants ( including best on their menu) and travel on the island. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend it as a good starting point for the travel in Sardinia.

Our stay in Ottavio house in the middle of the old town was very comfortable ! He met us at the cafe a few metre down the main Via Roma and helped us with our suitcases even though were slightly late! We had a beer with him and he showed us around the neighbourhood. Its a very convenient spot where we are, the house is comfy, clean and has everything we needed for the 3 days we spent in Caglairi. We explored the beaches, market ,and the old town with ease. He texted us everyday to check if everything was alright... It was a very good start of our Sardinia trip after a very long flight and drive... we would highly recommend Ottavio house and his hospitality. We only had to walk a few metres to various restaurants and bar and the restaurant right on the right of the entrance of the house has superd food. Reservations is highly recommended as the town gets lively and really busy... thanks Ottavio for hosting us !

Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entsprach unserer Erwartung! Der Gastgeber ist um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht! Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen des Marina-Viertels; dieses ist sehr lebendig und lebhaft! Daher ist es für Ruhe suchende Reisende nur bedingt geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr dort wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder das Appartement buchen! Als Tipp: Keine 15 m entfernt befindet sich das Restaurant Su Cumbidu. Unbedingt ausprobieren! Schönen Urlaub!
